Madeline and Ryan's wedding day was full of so much JOY and what mattered most to them. They each got ready at their childhood homes in Southern Illinois with their family and closest friends...and I even got some road Ski from Madeline's dad (angel!). We took portraits in Madeline's parents' neighborhood which just felt so sweet and nostalgic. Madeline and Ryan had so much FUN together. They laughed, almost fell down a hill, partied with their people on the bus between venues, and then had a beautiful, calm and Christ-centered ceremony in their church in their hometown. After their ceremony we headed to their reception where I saw the most incredible father daughter dance ever and witnessed how happy the Meddowses were to let loose with their loved ones and dance the night away.

She helped me construct our wedding day timeline, and she planned it out perfectly, knowing how long each set of pictures would take. On the day of, she was so easy to work with and was such a calm presence but kept everything moving and on time. She worked so well with our videographer whom she’d never met before.
