My love for my family and the joy I felt on my own wedding day inspired me to photograph weddings. There have been many times where we sat around a table and passed photos back and forth, some from before many of us remember. They are what tethers us to the past, to family that might be gone now, to the emotions we felt that day, to the overwhelming JOY on the dance floor, to the sleepover vibes while getting ready with our closest friends.

I currently live in Illinois with my husband, three precious children and two snuggly kitties. My family is my everything and my happiness while being with my closest friends and family runs so deep. I value relationships and am blessed to see a plethora of them on wedding days - it a huge part of my why. If your grandparents are there or your vows are exceptionally heartfelt, I will indeed be shedding some tears!!

I can read a room. I know when to guide and I know when to step back and just let things happen. I want your wedding album to be full of what made the day special to you: the happy tears in your eyes, the stolen glances and secret kisses. In order to have those organic moments, you need to feel comfortable. I want to take the time to get to know you and your family and your vision for the big day. There is so much value in you feeling relaxed and confident around me and in front of the camera.
My style is a beautiful mix of so many things. I love editorial, documentary, candid, warm, film, timeless photography. Weddings are not a one size fits all. I want to know what YOU love. My work is consistent, but each couple deserves a gallery full of what they love and what they priotize. Whether you are eloping in the mountains in cowboy hats, having an elegant day at St. Louis staples, a church wedding where your parents and grandparents got married or a backyard wedding at your childhood home with passed plates, I would be so honored to be there with you and celebrate!!!
